WHAT, WHERE, AND WHEN
Welcome to the 7th Annual ACYSO Summer Heat 3 v 3 Soccer Tournament. The games will take place at Alamo Sportsplex, located at 7440 FM 1560N, between Culebra and Shaenfield Rd. Games will be played on Saturday, August 22nd, and Sunday, August 23rd, 2009. CHECK-IN Teams may check in at the Alamo Sportsplex on Saturday, August 22nd, 2009 at least one hour before their first game.
BRACKETING Teams will be bracketed by sex, age, and level of play (in that order). Questions, problems, and preferences should be noted on the registration form or directed to the Tournament Director. Please feel free to provide additional information as needed. Every effort will be made to accommodate any special requests.
ENTRIES, FEES, AND REFUNDS All entries must be received by August 16, 2009. Mail entry forms to ACYSO 3v3, 6138 Kenedy Leaf, San Antonio, TX 78253. Do not send where a signature is required to receive it. Checks or money orders should be made payable to ACYSO. Team fees are $125 per team for U-6 and U-8, $150 per team for U-9 and above. ACYSO will refund 50% of the entry fee if a team has to withdraw for a legitimate reason (at the discretion of ACYSO) or if the tournament is cancelled. All participants will receive a t-shirt if registered by the deadline. Additional t-shirts may be available, but are not guaranteed.
ROSTERS Teams must play in the age group appropriate for the oldest player on the team. For U6-U10 teams, a medical release is required, with proof of registration. Valid USYSA ID cards and medical release forms are required for all U11-U18 players. Adults must have a photo ID and medical release. Rosters are limited to 6 players.
