We will send out a list of Host Hotels and their rates along with your schedules in November so that you can make reservations closest to the fields where you will be playing.
Those determinations can't be made until we see how many teams we have and how many trainer conflicts we have to work with, so teams need to register ASAP and list trainer conflicts on their Application so that we can make the schedule as early as possible. Again this year, we will have to cut off registration at 250 teams, so register early!
